HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RESPONSE AFTER EMAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE?

  • Thank you for your patience, we typically respond to any questions you may have in 24 - 48 hours of receiving the email.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER (or CANCEL) ONCE IT’S PLACED?

  • If you have not received tracking information, we can change or cancel the order for you. Please reach out to our customer service team at info@overdriveclothing.com with your order number.
 

WHERE IS MY ORDER/HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • When you place an order, we will send you an email with all the details including the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number, along with a receipt. If you don't receive the email or have misplaced your tracking number, send us an email at info@overdriveclothing.com and we will be happy to resend it for you.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be picked, packed, and shipped. This processing time is separate from the delivery time.
  • Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If tracking information is not available, please wait 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped.

 

AN ITEM/SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

  • Each collection is intended to be available for a limited time only. Our periodic emails and text messages will give updates for restocks and collection drops before anyone else hears about it.
  • To stay current with items restocking or new collections in the future, be sure to follow our social media platforms as we post regularly informing our fans.

    HOW SHOULD I WASH OR TAKE CARE OF MY OVERDRIVE ITEMS?

    Here is our recommendation to keep all your new apparel looking fresh:

    • Wash apparel inside-out to preserve designs
    • Wash apparel with like colours
    • Use mild detergent, with cold or warm water
    • Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve colour
